Back in 2013, Tempus Wealth decided to start an offshore team of three with ASW. This has proved to be such a successful approach that the team grew to 13 and are currently still growing.
Within three years, both the managers and their staff have performed whole-heartedly and with dedication to meet the rapid business expansion and acquisition of Tempus Wealth in Sydney. The team at ASW now support all core financial functions, namely para-planning, underwriting, mortgage, accounts, reviews and administration. Moreover, Tempus Wealth teams provide a model on how to communicate and co-operate effectively with each other, regardless of the geographical proximity. I have seen new members catch up easily with this process through the help and training from senior staff. They also receive constant updates and meetings with the Sydney team via webinars and video conferences.
