A Visit to Our Offices
It is always a special occasion for the ASW staff and me to welcome guests to visit our cutting-edge outsource offices in Vietnam, Malaysia and/or the Philippines. As the CEO and a travel lover, I consider this as both a business opportunity and a gateway to the colourful cultural mosaic in these South East Asian countries. After a direct flight from Australia, our guests are organised to stay in state-of-the-art, welcoming hotels. This is to ensure a comfortable and joyful experience in the host countries, whether the visitor is a first-timer or has previously visited. We then take a tour around the ASW facilities where visitors can check out our A-grade offices and meet with the offshore teams. This is the highlight of the trip as we hold presentations in our outsource offices and our business partners can discuss directly with our staff to get a better understanding in their daily duties and the efficiency of our offshore model. Lunches and dinners that follow are another opportunity to get to know how outgoing and enthusiastic ASW staff and managers are, outside of their working environment. Depending on timeframes, I would also recommend tours to neighbouring towns/tourist attractions where visitors can grasp unique, cultural pace of life in each country. The South East Asian workforce is a talented one, the business environment and the cultural understanding has helped us build successful offshore teams for many Australian and New Zealand companies.
