ABOUT US:

Due to increased demand from our existing clients and continued requests from the market we have created an agency to service the demands of the digital marketing space. The marketing agency is emulating its parent ASW Global’s success by leveraging of its client base, sales team, assets, talent and capital. It has incorporated an existing offshore team of 15 creative and digital marketing professionals. We envisage the agencies creative and digital marketing team to grow to double over the next 12 months.

We are looking for someone who loves getting up in the morning to work with a team focused on creating great solutions. You will have advertising/marketing agency experience, corporate experience or B2B, excellent communication skills and be passionate about getting great outcomes for both your clients and your team.

ABOUT THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

As Account Manager, you will be the lead contact for our Australian clients, you will be responsible for obtaining customer inputs and preparing briefs, as well as acting as a source of information for our offshore teams located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and Manila the Philippines.

Primary tasks & Responsibilities for the Account Manager role:

  • Onboard new customers
  • Manage customer contact actively and pro-actively, handle questions and requests
  • Gather assets for projects from clients
  • Obtain customer briefs/inputs and prepare these for internal production for website and Digital campaigns
  • Create briefs for copywriters and creative team
  • Perform work quality control and feedback, to ensure highest quality standards
  • Conduct onboarding with clients and relevant technical team members
  • Managing monthly reports to client
  • Understand the fundamentals of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook, SEO, and Email Marketing/Automation and advise on campaigns

Skills & Qualifications for the Account Manager role:

  • Intermediate experience in understanding of SEO, Social Media, Web and AdWords
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong understanding and interest in web, mobile, video and social media technologies and capabilities
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large order volumes

General experience/traits:

  • Excellent English communication skills are a requirement
  • Be reliable and committed to the role and the company
  • Demonstrate an ability to work well in a geographically dispersed team
  • Extremely driven and motivated with a thirst for getting the job done
  • Eager to grow and develop
  • Able to self-manage and problem solve independently
