Admin Accountant in HCM

Job Description:

  • Process data into the system on the daily basis which includes manually entry and invoice file generation.
  • Contact suppliers to seek for missing invoice information
  • Process adjustment requests to update accounts.
  • Monitor and process monthly Fee and Charges
  • Monitor Head Office Expenses and Staff Cost.
  • Making payment and control expense supplier inquiries

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, business, commerce, and other relevant degree
  • Familiar with Xero, Catch E (online Fleet System)
  • Experience in Admin and Accounting in foreign companies is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and work with accounting system.
  • Good computing skills (Microsoft Office) especially excel.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standard of works.
  • High attention to details
  • Operate both independently and in a team environment within the resources available
