Assistant to Financial Advisor (Xplan Software Experience) in HCM

Job Description:

  • Data entry & managing data feeds
  • Reporting (client reporting, business reporting)
  • Manage yours and the financial adviser/s calendars (eg. booking client appointments)
  • Prepare documents such as client profiles, application forms,
  • Proof read documents
  • Collate materials for client meetings (such as advice documents, brochures, supporting documentation)
  • Manage workflow for insurance applications, investment/super applications, paraplanning
  • Respond to simple client enquiries, and seek answers from the financial adviser/s where necessary
  • Co-ordinate and implement marketing strategies (client seminars, facebook campaigns, direct marketing campaigns)

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in Xplan
  • 1-2 years of experience working for Australian business
  • 2-3 years of experience in assistant/admin role
  • Attention to details
