ASW’S 2023 ENGAGEMENT SURVEY RESULTS ARE IN!
Last year, we invited our ASW Family to respond to our Engagement Survey. This is part of our commitment to understand what motivates our employees, how we can support their needs, and what we can focus on to attract top talent. The results are quite encouraging as it further reinforces the actions we’ve taken to make ASW Global a great place to work.
With 88% of employees feeling strong on teamwork and honesty, it’s clear that ASW fosters a collaborative and transparent culture. Furthermore, 84% value the emphasis on continuous improvement, showcasing a desire for personal and professional growth which we encourage via our extensive Learning & Development programs.
What sets us apart from the competition? These key factors that focus on employee well-being is further underlined by the survey’s findings on our staff’s key priorities, demonstrating ASW’s inspiring commitment to employee health, wellness, enjoyment, and time off.
