Building Management Administrator (Property) in Malaysia

Job Description: 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Management Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistant in relation to managing a portfolio of buildings and advising clients in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Liaising with strata managers, service providers and contractors as required
  • Arrange quotations with contractors for quotations and repairs and maintenance works required to portfolio
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare review and analyse financial reports for each property
  • Prepare draft budgets for strata managers to present in Annual General Meetings
  • Coordinate meetings, venue and etc, manage stakeholder’s management diary
  • Arranging quotes for proper and adequate insurances
  • Relaxed, yet professional environment

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, on a regular basis. 
  • Great time management skills
  • Must be able to work in Australian Working Hours (6AM – 3PM) (Monday – Friday)
  • Proven resilience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to read and analyse financial
