Salesforce Administrator in PH

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Business Reviews & Recommendations

  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Translating business requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Maximising the use of the business data through Salesforce to provide greater Business Intelligence, helping the team to provide comprehensive metrics through reporting and dashboards

Research & Vetting New Tools

  • Research of new Salesforce features or AppExchange tools to solve business needs or issues
  • Facilitation of new feature or tool demonstrations in order to support the decision-making process

Manage the Salesforce Platform

  • Continuing customization and development
  • User maintenance
  • Database de-duping and clean-up
  • Development of reports and dashboards
  • Ongoing documentation
  • Perform required Salesforce administration changes as directed

Configuration and Integration

  • Initiating, building and maintaining dashboards across the organisation by department
  • Planning, integrating and managing of the deployment of approved applications into our Salesforce environment

Documentation & Training

  • Develop and implement training for users
  • Keep materials up-to-date
  • Communicate future Salesforce releases and enhancements

Manage Vendors

  • Managed outsourced Salesforce implementation partners and ongoing relationships with Salesforce employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (to be obtained within 12 months of commencement if not already achieved)

Essential:

  • Strong Problem Solving
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 2+ years working in a payroll/HR function
  • Superuser/Admin on a CRM or Database
