Administration Assistant in VN


ASW is currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work exclusively with an Australian client in a growing team in Vietnam. You will be working under the Australian Client Services Manager, in providing assistance to the Accounting teams in both Vietnam and Australia with administration duties. This is an opportunity to work with a large, successful and reputable Chartered Accounting firm in Australia with an outstanding team culture.

  • Reallocation of jobs to accountants using MYOB AE
  • Maintaining and updating the client database
  • General administrative duties
  • Supporting the Administration Manager with additional adhoc tasks as requested
  • Assisting the Project Manager with adhoc tasks as required
  • Working collaboratively to support other members of the wider Client Services Team


  • 2yrs+ admin experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong technical competence and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A can-do attitude and a proactive and adaptable approach to tasks
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Past exposure and a good understanding of tax or SMSF administration (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience in a range of accounting systems, including MYOB AE and BGL CAS (Highly Desirable)
