  • Collaborate to design omni channel growth& digital marketing strategy with layers that support brand, awareness and sales KPIs
  • Management of driving awareness, growth and sales in paid digital channels – Albert & external media networks
  • Ownership of digital marketing budget line and reporting on the success and key learning from campaigns
  • Collaborate to design the e-commerce digital strategies to meet e-commerce traffic, conversion and sales goals
  • Chase optimization for all paid digital marketing campaigns in line with a positive return on investment and industry benchmarks
  • Manage e-commerce traffic goals optimizing and shifting where required
  • Manage e-commerce focused digital relationships and programs: affiliate, retargeting, SEM agency etc
  • Collaborate to build strategy local area marketing campaign to support stores and optimize their ongoing performance
  • Build and manage digital focused partnerships and agencies (Partnerise , Click Frenzy, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams to develop and bring to life native advertising campaigns
  • Brief content requirements and feedback optimization requirements
  • Identify new and emerging digital marketing trends within the retail environment
  • Work with the e-commerce develop areas of opportunities
  • Manage digital marketing product feeds
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports as requested by management


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years previous working experience in progressive digital marketing positions
  • In depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tactics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
