Data Entry Administrator in HCM

Job Description:

  • Manage and refine a Mailchimp contact list of around 20,000 contacts
  • Refine list to around 5,000 key contacts
  • Help set up CRM database
  • Link Mailchimp to CRM database
  • Set up firm segmentation based on location, size and interests
  • Help manage sales pipeline and targeted marketing activities
  • Continue to refine database, add contacts and update status

Job Requirements:

Additional responsibilities (tasks) may be added, depends on capabilities and interests

  • HTST – Management of eLearning platform learner status
  • For Accountants – Directory listing and Blog management
  • All social media strategies – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • All websites – SEO and analytics

Core capabilities

  • Strong written English skills are essential
  • Strong database and CRM management skills are essential
  • Online marketing skills would be preferred
  • Estimated time

Initially, this is a full time role for 1 person. Will likely extend beyond this as activities develop.
