From end-of-year partnership events to our fun company parties, this is how we celebrated our success in 2025!

The ASW Management Team met with our valued clients across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth for our annual end-of-year partnership events. With over 160 attendees in total, it was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, share insights, and appreciate the milestones we’ve reached together.

Our ASW Global teams gathered for festive Year-End Parties filled with fun activities, outstanding performances, exciting raffle prizes, and well-earned recognition for our exceptional achievers. We also held our first-ever Global Leadership Awards, honouring the leaders who drive our culture and success. Enjoy these memorable snapshots of how we celebrated as one ASW family.
ASW Malaysia’s Neon Party
ASW Malaysia kicked off the year-end party season and brightened up the night in vibrant neon fashion. With around 300 attendees, the energy was high from start to finish as everyone joined in the festivities. One of the highlights was the lucky draw raffle which included gold bars as the grand prize!
ASW Philippines’ Wild West Party
Cowboy up! ASW Philippines rode off into the sunset with a Wild West-themed year-end party. From boots to bandanas, around 1,000 attendees brought the Western spirit to life. A standout moment was the Look-Alike Contest, where performers role-played celebrities, including our very own boxing champ Manny Pacquiao!
ASW Thailand’s Dinner Get-together
Our ASW and ASW Consulting Thailand teams enjoyed a sumptuous dinner and bonded over stories and happy moments. Celebrations like this remind us why teamwork makes the dream work!
Coming Soon: ASW Vietnam’s Tết Party
But wait… there’s more! ASW Vietnam will welcome the upcoming Lunar New Year with their Back-To-School-themed Tết Party on 30 January. We’ll be sharing their event highlights in next month’s news.
