Great Week in Our Manila Office

This week was my first visit with our Manila team in two years and I had the best time!

Each day I had the opportunity to have breakfast and lunch with 12 of our amazing team leaders. I managed to meet over 80 of our talented leaders, some whom I already knew and some who have joined us in the last two years.

I also had the chance to meet some of the new members of the ASW family in training and currently in the office. They are a super bunch of people and reinforces for me that we are definitely attracting the cream of the crop to join our family!

It was also fantastic to share a meal with our internal team who have worked so hard to not only keep our family together during the pandemic but grow it substantially.

It has been wonderful to be able to talk over a meal rather than a keyboard and have engaging conversation with our team.

Thanks to everyone for spending time with me this week and sharing your experiences over the last two years and your insights into the way we move forward in the new normal! Most of all again thanks for making the ASW family larger, better and stronger over the last two years.

I am so proud to be a part of this amazing family!

I am looking forward to visiting our Malaysia and Vietnam team over the next month and catching up with our team there.
