We salute these remarkable individuals who have demonstrated inspiring leadership and made invaluable contributions that help define ASW Global as a Great Place To Work®.

Joachim Ang joined ASW Malaysia in October 2017 and quickly established himself as a key contributor, progressing from Copywriter to Creative Director within the same year. He now leads a creative team across Malaysia and Vietnam and received a Client Spotlight Award in 2021 in recognition of his impact.

Nominated by our client partner, Joachim is admired for his dedication, adaptability, and commitment to creating a supportive and engaged team environment. He is known for going the extra mile to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly.

Joachim has been instrumental in leading major initiatives such as the client’s new website project, taking full ownership from concept to delivery while continuing to optimise outcomes to meet KPIs and support long-term success.

Since joining ASW Philippines in 2012, Kel Castillo has progressed from a Data Entry Agent in EML BAS to a senior Team Leader within our client partner IPAR. She now leads a diverse team across Manila and Kuala Lumpur. Kel’s leadership journey has been marked by multiple accolades, including Best Team Player, Client Spotlight Awards, and a Culture Champ Award for Honesty.

Praised by her team members, peers, and our client partner, Kel is admired for her empathy-driven leadership style and ability to build trust across cultures. She prioritises ongoing development through coaching, peer collaboration, and meaningful recognition.

Kel has also driven innovative initiatives such as the Consultant Feedback Project, which enhanced client engagement and strengthened partnerships. Her strategic leadership and newly designed recognition program have delivered lasting improvements in team engagement, culture, and business outcomes.

Ton Long Thinh joined ASW Vietnam in July 2024 and leads a team of developers and QC specialists for our client partner. Nominated multiple times by his team members, he is recognised for delivering high-quality outcomes while providing clear direction through quarterly goals aligned with company strategy and targets.

As a leader, Thinh balances high standards with inspiration, serving as both a technical mentor and a consistent source of motivation. He introduced a structured coaching framework to support individual growth and encourages the team to think beyond daily tasks by focusing on development and strengths.

Through internal knowledge-sharing sessions and open client communication, Thinh has created a supportive and engaging environment where work feels purposeful, achievable, and aligned with broader business outcomes.
