IT Business Analyst in HCM

Job Description:

  • Communicate with the Clients/Product Owners/Project Stakeholders to understand and gather the requirements. Be able to identify what they actually need from what they say they want for big systems
  • Build functional specs and UI specs with wireframes
  • Analyze and convert the requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria and document them using Jira and Confluence.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.
  • Support on the User Acceptance Testing ensuring that customer expectations are met.
  • Support the Product Owner to prioritize the user stories
  • Identify integration items between teams
  • Mentor, coach and train BA team
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems. Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
  • Transfer knowledge to the project team and follow up to support change management


Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • B.S degree, B.A degree in Computer Science
  • At least 3 years of working experience in analyzing requirement for enterprise software project
  • Experience in Scrum
  • Experience working in .Net software development environments
  • Experience working with Jira & Confluence
  • Strong technical writing skills for Jira tickets
  • Strong functional requirement interpretation skills
