1. Hi! Please introduce yourself. What is your role and your responsibilities at ASW?

I am currently working as a Senior Full Stack Developer for one of ASW’s Australian clients in the music industry, specifically working on their special project.

2. Who or what inspired your interest to pursue a career in IT?

My interest in IT began in the 8th grade when I took my first basic IT classes. This introduced me to the world of computers and programming which sparked my curiosity and excitement for technology. As I learned more, I realized I really do enjoy problem-solving and creating solutions through code.

3. Congratulations on your Client Spotlight award! What’s the best feedback you’ve received from the client?

The most recent feedback I received from my client highlighted my responsibility in work, my ability to complete tasks on time, and I am reliable in providing support whenever the team has questions.

4. What has been the most rewarding project you’ve worked on so far?

I have only worked with the client on this crucial project so far since I joined ASW, and we had a successful launch last year with significant growth.

5. How do you motivate yourself and your team, especially during challenging situations?

I think my teammates are my motivation when working on that project. Their dedication and hard work to achieve our goals inspire me to stay focused and give my best effort. The teammates themselves are the ones who push me through challenging situations.

6. What do you enjoy doing outside of work? What are your hobbies?

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love riding motorbikes around the city when I have free time. I also have some hobby projects that I work on, like learning new programming techniques. I also expand my knowledge in different areas of software development such as the emerging AI technologies.

7. Who do you admire most in your personal or professional life?

There are many people I admire, but if I had to choose, I would pick my dad. He manages to balance between personal and professional life very well. He is still able to take care of the household tasks after a long day at work while being very happy genuinely.

8. What’s the best advice that you’ve ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received is to always be grateful for everything I have. This helps me appreciate every single moment in my life.

9. What’s a place in Vietnam you’d recommend everyone visit and why?

Although I have been living in Hồ Chí Minh City since I was born, I highly recommend Hà Nội. The city has a rich culture, great food, and the people are very welcoming and friendly.

10. What does “success” mean to you beyond your career?

Success to me is the ability to balance between important things in life. It means being healthy, having quality time with my family, and having the freedom to choose how I spend my time and pursue what truly matters to me.
