During my business trip to ASW office in Manila, I am updated on how our teams excel at BAS (Business Administration Services). Without discoursing upon technical terminologies, I would rather write about the amazing results and benefits brought to our clients.
The Weekly Benefits Optimisation Project stands in the front line of the Manila teams’ successes. The clients have witnessed significant improvement in BAS utilisation from 50% to 90% and a consistent accuracy rating of 95-98% on a monthly basis. With the data maximising and transferring functions, the project also helps users save approximately 1064 hours per month and focus instead on Return to Work (RTW) and remuneration opportunities. Moreover, the outsource Administrative teams at ASW mark their roles with two pioneering initiatives, namely the Claims Activity Review Project and the Paperless Project. Initial review showed that the process only had a humble start at 30-35% compliance and quality rating. After three months, the teams have managed to double this rating and virtually indexed more than 40,000 documents.
Upon recognising these milestones, I am looking forward to the next Townhall Meeting to honour and reward outstanding talent as well as the teams’ effort in assisting our valued clients.
