Our offshore talents are always encouraged to take part in training sessions and workshop opportunities, both internal and external ones, where they can practise expertise and visualise their unique career path with ASW Global. Last month, five of our outstanding team leaders had grasped the chance and joined the Situational Leadership Workshop.
This is the second year Vietnamworks – a prestigious job portal – holds the Situational Leadership Workshop for leading companies in Vietnam. The program, delivered by Ms. Maria Pressentin from The Ken Blanchard Companies, aims at introducing the time-tested Situational Leadership model in which you know how to behave in alignment with your leadership style and balance your employees’ needs.
Our talented team leaders from both IT and financial functions had equipped themselves with valuable skills, such as: choosing appropriate leadership styles for each developing level of employees, setting clear and attainable goals with adjustments from employees’ feedback etc. These would be further put into use in follow-up internal workshops to discuss this new language of leadership and continuously improve our professional, fair and collaborative working environment at ASW Global.
