EXCEPTIONAL TEAMWORK LEADING TO SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMS

_
Posted on April 29, 2016May 14, 2020

Back in August 2013, the Nexus program development team (an Employers Mutual project) began to develop a suite of modules that not only saved time and costs but also delivered consistent outcomes throughout their operations. This is how Nexus program came to life and for the past three years, it has proved to be one of AS W’s most successful projects. The project spans across all our offices with more than 70 ASW staff involved. The Nexus program has grown from a humble start to an integral part of EML’s daily operations. We have succeeded in evolving a week-long, manual process into an online, uniform service that only takes up to 20 minutes (yes, I am talking about the Online Renewal Application). Most recently, we also helped EML rank among a few companies that provide clients with 24-hour live access to claims data and key policy information. Other great outcomes and improvements from EML include:

  • Over 2 million documents held in eDocs
  • 700,000 tasks managed by Task Manager since inception
  • 254 standard templates and 130,000 finalised letters stores in the Standard Communications
  • Estimated $200,000 saved per month

The ongoing success of the Nexus program I believe, is a proclamation that we are following the right path by providing the right talent in the right places and truly bringing outstanding results to our valued partners. I hope the teams from EML and ASW will continue to take us by surprise with Nexus efficiency and consistency.
