One factor that allows our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) staff to cover these strategic roles is on-site training in Australia.
As a CEO, I always welcome and support when our valued clients (e.g. Tempus Wealth, Steadfast etc.) opt for this efficient practice. Recently, two accountants from AS White joined the Steadfast team in Sydney for a 3-week training and direct support during busy season. Then, they came back to Vietnam and helped transfer a new accounting system to the whole offshore team. This would maximise the efficiency of the transition and bring benefits to all stakeholders.
In addition, on-site trainings are opportunities to narrow any cultural gaps and strengthen the connection between two teams.
