Paraplanner with XPlan Experience in PH

Job Description:

  • Data entry & managing data feeds
  • Reporting (client reporting, business reporting)
  • Manage yours and the financial adviser/s calendars (eg. booking client appointments)
  • Prepare documents such as client profiles, application forms
  • Proof read documents
  • Collate materials for client meetings (such as advice documents, brochures, supporting documentation)
  • Manage workflow for insurance applications, investment/super applications, paraplanning
  • Respond to simple client enquiries, and seek answers from the financial adviser/s where necessary
  • Co-ordinate and implement marketing strategies (client seminars, facebook campaigns, direct marketing campaigns).

 

Job Requirements:

  • All MUST have XPlan experience and worked with an Australian Business.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig – Day Shift
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
