Successful Deployment from Service Desk Teams
Recently we have rolled out Skype for Business to a number of Employers Mutual staff. Skype for Business (SfB) has replaced physical phones and has provided a number of features including instant messaging, conferencing and work from home options.
Delivering this service has been challenging and involves staff across all areas of Technology. From the service delivery space, we have had people step up and shown great initiative to roll this out efficiently. Our team was able to successfully deploy SfB to approximately 400 staff using application packaging. Doing this negates the manual installation approach and eliminates the human error piece when configuration is concerned. Well done team!
