Through AS White Global’s Learning and Development Programs, we proactively put our core value of Continuous Improvement into practice.
For the last quarter of 2022, our LEAD Webinar series will focus on the importance of “Building A Strong Culture” in the workplace. We’ll be inviting a business leader from among our client partners to share insights and real-life experiences on this topic to our current and potential leaders of the ASW Family.
In line with our Employee Value Proposition on Leadership, we’ll also be focussing our Coursera and LinkedIn training sessions this November on instilling Self-Leadership values and practices.
To support our initiatives in promoting a safe and respectful working environment, we are also sharing LinkedIn Learning videos on Workplace Harassment and Bullying. This will ensure that every member of ASW can identify inappropriate behaviour that can lead to harassment, be accountable for these actions, and learn how to address these issues.
