From wellness initiatives and expanding our connections to welcoming the Lunar New Year and honouring women, ASW is committed to keeping our people healthy, happy, and highly engaged whilst ensuring our continued growth.
YOGA AT WORK
We began 2025 by prioritising employee well-being with on-site yoga workshops. These sessions focused on improving posture and relieving tension. A great way to stretch and feel stress-free together.
CELEBRITY FITNESS PARTNERSHIP
Our ASW Malaysia team had the opportunity to consult with instructors from gym partner Celebrity Fitness. Our staff gained valuable insights based on their wellness assessments and fitness management recommendations.
BACK-TO-WORK TREAT
Following their well-deserved week-long Tet holiday celebration, the ASW Vietnam team returned to the office to a warm welcome and a special back-to-work party. Each team member received thoughtful gifts to brighten their return and boost morale.
PAINTING BY THE RIVER
The ASW Thailand team enjoyed a relaxing afternoon activity of painting by a scenic riverside. This provided a tranquil and inspiring atmosphere as the team bonded together in their artistic endeavors.
GROW WITHOUT COMPROMISE
ASW and the Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) will host a webinar titled “International Staffing for Brokers & Underwriters: Grow Without Compromise.” To be led by Daniel Breese, ASW Head of Growth, the webinar will showcase ASW’s expertise in international staffing solutions.
Attendees will learn about effective strategies for building high-performing remote teams, including identifying the best staffing models, avoiding common outsourcing pitfalls, and managing teams effectively.
