Workforce Data Analyst in PH

Job Description:

  • This position will focus on building workforce analytics, planning and data insights that benefit/profit business decisions throughout the organizations.
  • Ensuring BAS FTE Capacity Plan spreadsheets are accurate and up to date e.g. weekly historical data like documents volume, Productivity, Headcount, Attrition, AHT, Shrinkage, Occupancy, etc.
  • Providing Seat Planning by Long-Term, Actual Usage, Operations Allocation, Maximum Seating Scenario, Seat Map, Seat Directory.
  • Assisting with system administration, data management and process improvements
  • Provide support relative to data & analytics for workforce planning to add profit and/or reduce cost
  • Production of ad-hoc reports as and when needed by the Workforce Planning Manager
  • Use the SAS programming skills and BI for workforce planning and operations reporting
  • Manipulate, present and interpret data; providing key and ad-hoc workforce metrics that allow the BAS to make informed decisions
  • Ensure accurate reports are completed to deadline
  • Interrogate workforce performance data, assessing trends, seasonality, themes and patterns
  • Build models to assess trends and plan future staffing needs based on the organizational and business goals
  • Performs analyses and interpretation/evaluation of workforce information to deliver data-driven insights and/or strategic recommendations
  • As and when new requirements are identified, work with the requestor to produce an appropriate regular report, agreeing information resources and the distribution list
  • Support in the roll out of new business, new metrics and analytics

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Science, Mathematics or IT; Qualification in Data/Analytics/Statistics
  • Strong numerical ability and comfortable in manipulating/analysing numerical data
  • Proven attention to details to ensure the reports have integrity and quality
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
  • High professional standards for customer service, confidentiality and organizational savvy
  • Ability to show initiative, dedication and exercise commitment while working independently or with a team
  • Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Programming skills an advantage especially Statistical Analysis Software (SAS BASE) – preferable
