1st Quarter Message from ASW Management Team
Hello, everyone!
It seems like only yesterday we were partying during our Year-End events. And now, the first quarter of 2023 is almost done! It’s been a whirlwind of activity since we hit the ground running when the new year started.
New client partnerships
2023 has kicked off with our strongest-ever start to new clients joining ASW. Continuing our efforts from last year, we have been leveraging various outreach strategies to identify potential clients. We’ve seen growing appetite for Insurance, Accounting, and Finance administration support roles. At the current rate of growth, we’re tracking for another record year.
Focussing on our marketing efforts
Discussions are underway with SOY, our internal digital marketing agency. Our workshops in late 2022 have resulted in many exciting ideas to drive the business, attract more clients and fine-tune processes wherever possible. We are also planning for the SOY Philippine Team to meet up with their Vietnamese counterparts. Have you met the SOY team yet?
Wellness is the way
Our staff is our biggest asset and we feel strongly about making sure that everyone maintains a healthy well-being. Our HR has been diligently sending health and wellness initiatives to our ASW Family. We truly appreciate these efforts to reach out and remind our staff to be more attentive to their physical and mental well-being.
