FAQ Section for Candidates
We recently surveyed our people, and the key message was that WE ALL MISS EACH OTHER! We have appreciated the time saved in travel, additional time with family, and the other benefits of working from home, but face-to-face time cannot be entirely replaced by online meetings. As 2023 progresses, our teams across Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur and Manila will be moving to a hybrid of working: 2-3 days / week in the office, depending on client requirements.
Our business success is reflected in the quality of our employees. ASW supports and encourages our employees to grow their skills to achieve their full potential, with two of our core values being Continuous Improvement and Personal Development. Our people have access to innovative and educational learning platforms via both LinkedIn Learning and Coursera. We also have annual performance appraisal and development plan reviews in place to support more formal feedback and continuous improvement. In some countries we also offer English classes.
Your Account Manager will be your first point of contact on your first day. They will support you by working with IT to have your hardware set up, they will take you to the HR induction where you will meet your HR representatives and talk through the policies, procedures, and systems at ASW. Then your Account Manager will introduce you virtually to your client and ensure you’re set up to successfully onboard. Your Account Manager will check in with you at the end of the day to ensure everything ran smoothly and help answer any questions you may have. You are supported by your Account Manager and HR for anything else that you may need.
