ASW Promotes International Staffing Solutions for the Insurance Industry with UAC
ASW Global has stepped up its efforts in providing viable solutions for the insurance and underwriting industry’s talent shortage dilemma in Australia.
Last month, ASW was among the exhibitors at the Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC)-Xceedance 2024 Sydney Expo. The conference is one of the biggest in Australia with 120+ underwriting agencies and 600+ brokers in attendance. It was a great opportunity to connect and offer our international staffing services for agencies that are struggling to find highly skilled talent.
Recently, ASW conducted a webinar with UAC to discuss the benefits of international talent partnering. ASW Head of Growth Daniel Breese hosted the event. “The feedback was positive. We had over 100 attendees registered for the event.”
Dan discussed the talent shortage issue whilst sharing insights on various topics such as:
- Which international staffing model is right for what kind of business
- Common mistakes when building international teams and how to avoid them
- What are the capabilities of international talent
- What roles can international teams take on and what not to explore
- The common barriers to remote staffing and how to navigate them (talent, communication, time zone, data security, onshore risk and sentiment)
