Recruitment Assistant in HCM

Job Description:

  • Assist recruitment specialist in screening of prospective candidates.
  • Conduct phone screening/interviewing of candidates
  • Arrange and send interview invitations to candidates.
  • Display job advertisements on various job boards
  • Review and assess candidates’ suitability for the required post.
  • Build and manage candidates’ database.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the clients
  • Other supports to Recruitment as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English skills is Mandatory
  • Good attention to details
  • Excellent communications skills
  • At least 1 year working experience in a cross-cultural environment
