ASW Quarterly Message
We’re now at the home stretch of 2022 and we’re looking to finish the year on a very high note!
In the past months, we’ve seen significant growth on various fronts: our client partnerships, our internal staff, and our offshore team members. This is a testament to how much we value building solid relationships with our partners, providing the best offshore staff solutions, and guiding our ASW Family towards continuous growth in their career journey.
Visits from potential and existing clients are becoming more frequent. We are more optimistic in opening opportunities for business expansion in different industries and re-connecting our current partners with their offshore teams for further training.
We would also like to thank everyone for their active participation in our Employee Referral Program. We’ve been attracting and recruiting high-quality talent through referrals from our ASW Family. Your tremendous support means a lot to us as it reflects the pride you feel for working at ASW and your commitment in inviting the best people to level-up their career development with us. Keep it up with your recommendations! Remember, if your referral is successfully hired, you’ll receive a substantial reward!
We’re also looking forward to the results of our ongoing activities for our staff. We launched “The Biggest Loser Teams Edition” in the spirit of upholding our key values of Teamwork, Personal Development, and Continuous Improvement. The winning team will be announced this December so good luck to those who joined! Stay healthy and happy!
We’ve also started receiving nominations for our 50 Random Acts of Kindness. It’s our way of giving back to our communities and helping people who need encouragement or providing opportunities to uplift themselves from their unfortunate circumstances. We’ll announce the final recipients once we’ve reviewed all the nominations.
We will also have our year-end celebrations this December! We’re still ironing out the details but one thing’s for sure, as with our previous company parties, it’s going to be massively epic! We can’t wait to join the teams in Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines to celebrate another successful year!
